Why I Chose This Profession
My lifelong passion for making a difference in animals' lives began on my grandparents' dairy farm in Donegal, Ireland. That early connection inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to animal health and well-being.
Education
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology with a Pre-Vet focus from the University of Iowa. I went on to earn my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Iowa State University, where I also completed a student mentorship internship with a national pet hospital chain.
Work History
Before joining the team, I spent three years as an Associate Veterinarian at a large practice in Colorado. I was drawn to 5-Points Animal Hospital because I saw in Dr. Kevin and Scott a genuine commitment—not only to exceptional patient care but also to building an authentic, supportive environment for both clients and staff.
