Ellen P.
Client Service Representative
Ellen began her career in veterinary medicine as a Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist before transitioning into human healthcare, where she spent four years expanding her medical knowledge and patient care experience. Although she valued her time in healthcare, her passion for animals ultimately led her back to veterinary medicine, where she feels she truly belongs.
Ellen chose a career in veterinary medicine because she enjoys helping both pets and the people who love them. She understands that the client service team plays an important role in every visit, often serving as the very first point of contact for families during both happy moments and stressful situations. As Ellen says, "Receptionists are the first impression clients have, and I want to help create a welcoming and supportive experience, especially during stressful situations."
She was drawn to 5-Points Animal Hospital because of its commitment to practicing exceptional medicine while building lasting relationships with clients. "I chose to work at 5-Points because the philosophy centers on delivering high-quality, modern medicine through personal relationships, transparency, client education, and compassionate care."
Ellen also appreciates the culture that makes 5-Points unique. "Dr. Kevin and Scott provide a welcoming environment that feels like home, where everyone is family." She believes the hospital stands apart from others in the area, adding, "5-Points is in a league of its own compared to other hospitals in the area. It is truly all about helping people feel confident they are receiving the very best care for their pets."
Ellen is proud to be part of a team that is dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience and the highest level of customer service. She shares, "I am proud to be a part of a team that strives to provide the best overall experience and the highest customer care," and adds, "I feel honored to be a part of such a wonderful team."
Outside of work, Ellen enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her pets, who are the center of her life and the inspiration behind her passion for veterinary medicine.
